All prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.

6. Inspection at Delivery
Customers are strongly advised to record a continuous unboxing video from the moment the parcel is opened.
An unboxing video may be required to verify claims related to:
Incorrect fabric received
Missing items
Damaged products
Any other order-related issue
Claims without sufficient evidence may not be accepted.
7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Our Returns & Refund Policy applies to all eligible return, exchange, and refund requests.
Products must meet the conditions mentioned in our Return Policy before a request can be approved.
