2. Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, operational issues, courier delays, high order volume, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Delays

Malabis makes every reasonable effort to dispatch orders on time. However, delays may occasionally occur due to:

Public holidays
High order volume
Operational or technical issues
Delays from our side during busy periods

Such delays do not automatically qualify an order for cancellation, refund, or compensation.

4. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping and billing information including name, phone number, city, area, and delivery address.

Malabis will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional delivery attempts, or return-to-origin charges caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

5. Change of Address

If you need to change your shipping or billing address, please contact us before your order is dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, address changes may not be possible and will depend on the courier company's policies.

 6. Courier Calls & Delivery Attempts

Customers are requested to remain available on the provided phone number and respond to calls from the courier representative.

If the customer does not answer calls, is unavailable at the provided address, or refuses to receive the parcel, the shipment may be delayed or returned to Malabis.

Any additional shipping charges resulting from such circumstances may be payable by the customer.

7. Delivery Responsibility

Once the order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is subject to the courier company's delivery procedures and timelines.

Malabis will assist customers in resolving reasonable delivery-related issues, but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our control.
